Q: Do you accept personal checks?

A: Yes. Purchases with a check will require a valid drivers license, verification of funds, account name and address. If your bank does not verify funds, we will hold your check for three weeks. Normal time for holding a check before shipping is about 14 days.

 

Q: How much experience do you have with restoring pinball, arcade, and slot machines?

A: Dave Shinaver, aka "Mr. Dave" has been restoring arcade games, pinball and slot machines for over 12 years. Even though the company, Champion Amusements, is only a few years old, he has been restoring machines for years as a personal hobby.

 

Q: If you currently do not carry the kind of machine I am looking to purchase, can you special order it?

A: Yes. If there is a particular arcade game, pinball or slot machine you want that we do not have in stock, we will order it and complete any repairs or restorations that need to be done.

 

Q: What kind of warranty do you have if something goes wrong with my machine shortly after I have purchased it?

A: All arcade games, pinball and slot machines have a 30-day guarantee along with a warranty and free technical support.
